A: Our services are not free. Ourselves and the attorneys we partner with do have the cost of doing business and need to make a return. We do work for you however, on a contingency basis and are paid ONLY from recoveries made. Q: How soon will it take to start receiving monetary recoveries?
A: Typically, our clients receive some sort of compensation within 30-120 days. Sometimes it takes up to 6 months or more. The reason for this is due to settlement negotiations or, if sender refuses to settle.
Q: What do I do if you have recovered monetary damages from a "Junk Faxer" and I continue to receive more faxes from them?
A: If the faxes are received after the designated cut-off date in a settlement agreement and release, send them to us as they are actionable.
Q: Will I ever have to go to court?
A: From time to time you may be needed to appear briefly in court. Over 95% of the time, however, a settlement is reached before trial.
