We will be in contact with you within one business day. We will also send you a postage paid envelope(s), allowing you to send us your faxes at no cost to you. Send the original, signed copy of your Joint Venture Agreement back to us with your first batch of faxes.

Here's How It Works

1. Sign and send us your agreement, along with your original junk faxes. Agreement

2. If we need an affidavit, sworn to by you that a particular fax came through your fax machine and that you have no existing business relationship with the sender, you will be prompt in having it notarized and having the original returned to us. A facsimile will not be acceptable.

3. If you receive faxes with no header, please initial and date it, so in the future months you will recognize the "junk" fax and have no hesitation signing an affidavit.

4. Make sure you check ALL your faxes, making sure each is indeed "junk,"  before you send it to us.

Once we start our procedures, we will end up with approximately $100.00 or more of our money in the procedure, and we don't want you to back out because of some sad story from the sender.

The only legal fax is one where the sender had your prior express permission or invitation to send the fax, before it was sent or had both a qaulifying existing business relationship and properly obtained your fax number under the technical requirements of applicable Federal regulations.
